We committed to develop and maintain a sufficient pool of qualified seafarers to meet our customer's requirements.
It is for this reason that we established a recruitment section that screens and conducts preliminary interview to all applicants. All natioanl, international, flag-state and Principals requirements must be met by all applicants. This includes and extensive pre-employment medical examination, thus ensuring all accepted applicants are physicallyand mentally fit to work onboard ship.

Screening and selection Process
To assess the applicant's knowledge and skills, the recruitment section conducts oral interview, computer based examination and trade test.
In paper screening, we segregate those with or without sea experience. All seafarers are prioritized and short-listed.
Computer based examination system has a data bank of some 5,000 questions. The computer selects randomly questions that are appropriate for the rank taking the exmination. Even if the seafarer takes another set of exams for the same rank, the possibility of the same question being asked again is very rare.
There is also the "Marlins English" which have a tutorial as well as examination mode.
