In cooperation with the Principal, the company arranges Medical Coverage for the seafarer and his family. This is given to those seafarers who have been with the company for 48 months onboard.
We are also conducting cultural awareness seminars aimed at better understanding of the many nationalities that crew our vessel. We invite personalities from cultural organizations and personnel from the embassy to talk about the habits and ways of their countrymen.
Leadership seminars for officers and prospective rating to become officers are given. This is the way to develop their leadership talent and management skills.
Regularly held to continuously upgrade and improve knowledge about the industry in general, the Principal and the company in particular. This is participated by all the Principals.
Seafarer's Family Day
The objective of thius project is to promote camaraderie among the seafares and their families with the offcie personnel too. The activity gives them the opportunity to know more about each other and spend a fun day as a group.
This help in achieving high crew retention rate.

Our In-House P&I officer ensures that our Principal's repatriated crew is taken cared of the moment he arrives in the Philippines. We make sure that the seafarer will get the much-needed assistance of transportation and medical treatment as soon as possible.
The P&I officer handles all issues on repatriation sech as illness & injury. Also dismissal and death of seafarers.
